Terms of service

Last updated 2026-09-16

These terms are an agreement between you and Aaron Art Asperilla, an individual based in the Philippines who builds and operates kyrou ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using kyrou you agree to them.

The service

kyrou is a day planner for Windows. You need a Google account to sign in, and your data syncs to our servers when you are online.

Trial and subscription

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.

Your data

What you put in kyrou is yours. You give us permission to store, sync and process it only as needed to run the service. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse kyrou: no attempting to break into, overload or reverse engineer our servers, no sharing accounts to resell access, and no using kyrou to break the law.

Availability

We work to keep kyrou running and your data safe, but kyrou is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we recommend keeping your own copies of anything important.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using kyrou and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use kyrou after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
