Refund and cancellation policy
Free trial
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription anytime. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and it will not renew after that. When access ends, kyrou becomes read-only and your tasks stay where they are; subscribe again to pick up where you left off.
To cancel, use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or email [email protected] and we will do it for you.
Refunds
If kyrou is not right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your first charge. Email [email protected] from the address on your account with your order number, found in your receipt. No questions asked.
After 14 days we look at refund requests case by case, for example if you were charged by mistake or kyrou did not work on your device.
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
